Terms of Service

1. About CashGap
CashGap is a trading name of Voxa Automation Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16984959). CashGap is an unregulated commercial finance introducer. We do not lend money, do not provide credit, and do not hold client money. Finance is arranged through third-party lenders who make their own credit decisions and set their own terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, UK-based, and trading as a sole trader, partnership, limited liability partnership or limited company. CashGap is intended for business use only — we do not arrange consumer credit.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login details secure. You must tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access at security@cashgap.co.uk.
4. How our service works
CashGap reads invoice and customer data from your accounting software through OAuth, shows you an eligibility view, and — at your request — passes your advance application to a lender on our panel. Any offer you receive is made by that lender on their own terms. You are under no obligation to accept any offer and may withdraw a pending advance request at any time before it is funded.
5. Eligibility indicators
Eligibility scores, estimated fees, and indicative advance percentages shown inside CashGap are illustrative only, based on the information then available. They are not offers, not legal advice, and do not guarantee that a lender will approve your application.
6. Commission and disclosure
When a lender funds an advance you submitted through CashGap, we may receive a commission from that lender. We disclose the fact, source, and — where practical — nature of commission before you submit an advance request, in line with the Supreme Court's guidance in Johnson v FirstRand Bank Ltd (2025). Commission is paid by the lender, not by you, and does not increase the fee you pay.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, scrape data, reverse engineer it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use CashGap to do anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users or our lender partners.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that eligibility assessments or lender matches will result in approved funding, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any particular lender will remain on the panel.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence). Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the greater of (a) £1,000 or (b) the total fees paid by you to CashGap in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, goodwill or business opportunity.
10. Third-party services
You are responsible for complying with the terms of the accounting software and lender services you connect through CashGap. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of those third parties.
11. Changes and termination
We may change these terms from time to time and will email you about material changes before they take effect. You may stop using CashGap and close your account at any time. Some provisions (commission, liability, record retention) survive termination.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them, except that nothing in this clause prevents you from bringing proceedings in any jurisdiction required by applicable consumer or small-business protection laws.
