The figures on this site
Every measured figure published here states its sample and its date. They are measurements of a body of property data at a point in time, published so that the method can be checked. They are not a forecast, not a promise about any property you might buy, and not a representation that a comparable result is available now.
Data changes. A register is updated, a statute commences, a market moves. Nothing here is warranted to be current, complete or free from error, and no liability is accepted for a decision taken on the strength of a page on this website rather than on a written engagement, a survey, a legal pack and your own advisers.
